Established in 1998 as a subsidiary of MacroAsia Corporation in response to the growing demand for ground handling services. The massive potential for growth in the Philippine market was immediately recognized by foreign entities resulting to joint ventures.
With its joint venture with OGDEN AVIATION GROUP , MacroAsia Airport Services Corporation (MASCORP) was known as MacroAsia Ogden Aviation from 1999 to 2001.
After 30% stake of Ogden Aviation was acquired by JOHN MENZIES PLC by 3rd quarter of 2001, MASCORP came to be known as MacroAsia Menzies Airport Services Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Menzies divested its shares in 2007 and MASCORP has since been operating as
