Mr. Luy, Filipino, has been the Chairman and President of the Corporation since October 8, 2021. Before becoming the President and COO of MacroAsia Corporation in October 2021, Mr. Luy has served as Director and Treasurer of since December 12, 2019. He worked in Reyes Tacandong & Co. from 2015-2018. Mr. Luy holds a Master in Business Administration from Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

Atty. Moya, Filipino, has served as the Corporate Secretary of MacroAsia Catering Services Inc. since 2004 and Director since June 2019 until March 2021.

She is also the Corporate Secretary of MacroAsia Airport Services Corp. (since 2004), MacroAsia Properties Development Corp. (since 2004) and Director (since 2019), Asia’s Emerging Dragons Corp., and a Director and Corporate Secretary in MacroAsia Air Taxi Services, Inc. (since 2004), and MacroAsia Mining Corp. (since 2000), SNV Resources Development Corp., Boracay Tubi System, Inc., First Aviation Academy, Inc. (since 2017) and Summa Water Resources, Inc. (since October 2018). She is also a Director in Naic Water Supply Corporation, Watergy Business Solutions Inc., and Cavite Business Resources Inc., Alliedkonsult Eco-solutions Corporation and Cavite Alliedkonsult Services Corporation (since 2019). She is currently the Assistant Corporate Secretary of LT Group and PAL Holdings, Inc.

She worked with various Government Institutions from 1987 to 1999, holding key positions such as Legal Officer of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) from 1987-1989, Arbitration Specialist of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) from 1989 to 1990, Director II (Chief, Legal Service) of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation from 1990 to 1996 and Graft Investigation Officer II at the Office of the Ombudsman from 1997 to 1999.

She also held the position of Human Resources Manager of Grand Air from 1996 to 1997. She was a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Santo Tomas Law Alumni Association (2010-2013).

Atty. Moya holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Major in Child Study from the Maryknoll College.

Johnip G. Cua

Mr. Cua, Filipino, has served as Independent Director of the company since 2007. He was formerly the President of Procter & Gamble Philippines Inc. (1995-2006). He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the P&Gers Fund Inc. (since 2009) and Xavier School, Inc. (since 2012), and the Chairman & President of Taibrews Corporation (since 2011). Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Xavier School Educational & Trust Fund (1996 to Present) and MGCC Foundation (2015 to present).

Mr. Sendin, Filipino, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since June 2019.

He is also the Treasurer of MacroAsia Properties Development Corporation ( since 2013), Summa Water Resources, Inc. (since 2018), and the Treasurer and Director of MacroAsia Airport Services Corporation (since 2011), MacroAsia Air Taxi Services Inc. (since 2011), MacroAsia Mining Corporation (since 2004), Watergy Business Solutions Inc. (since 2010), Boracay Tubi System, Inc. (since 2016), Bulawan Mining Corporation (since 2018), First Aviation Academy, Inc. He was the Operations Head of Amikris Enterprises (1993-1998) and a Resource Person of the Central Bank Institute (Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas Institute) (1992-1997). He was the Projects Supervisor for SAS Service Partners/Saudia Catering in KSA (1992-1993).

Mr. Sendin started his career with the Central Bank of the Philippines (Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas) from 1983-1992, rising from a staff position until he became Division Chief/Staff Officer A.

Mr. Sendin is a holder of Masters in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Louis University, and a Certificate in Organizational Development in 2000. He has also completed a Management Development Program in Switzerland.

Lucio C. Tan III

Mr. Tan, Filipino, has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since December 2019.

He is currently the President and CEO of Tanduay Distillers Inc. Before joining the group, he worked as Head Software Engineer for Lyft from April 2018 to 2019, and as Intern for Facebook, Apple and Cisco.

He joined organizations like the Stanford Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society as member, and as Executive Board and Finance Officer of the Stanford Asian Student Entrepreneur Society.

Mr. Tan had his Master’s Degree in Computer Science after graduating with the highest award given to engineering seniors of Stanford University USA – The Frederick E. Terman Award in 2015 for the course M.S. in Computer Science, likewise he was also awarded the President’s Award for Academic Excellence on his Freshman Year and the Tau Beta Pi Honors Society for his Junior and Senior years.

He graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015 and took his masters in Computer Science (2017) in Stanford University. He is also currently a Software Engineer in Lyft and implemented micro services to interface between external payment providers to enable pay-ins and pay-outs. Member of Stanford Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society (2013–Present). Executive Board Member and Financial Officer for Stanford Asian Student Entrepreneur Society (October-Present).

 

Kiyofumi Okamoto

Mr. Okamoto, Japanese, has been a member of Company’s Board of Directors since March 2023.

He was in service since April 1988 as Branch General Affairs Dept. Labor Section in Konoike Transportation Co., Ltd. It was followed as Branch Management Section in Keihin Harbor. Furthermore, he was with International Logistics Kanto Branch as their General Affairs Section – Section Manager – formerly known as Keihin Harbor.

In April 2006, he is the Section Manager of Overseas Business Department (Headquarter) and General Affairs Department Section Manager of Osaka Harbor Branch on October 2009 and become the General Manager on September 2011. He also held the same position as General Manager of Osaka Harbor Branch Warehouse Section in June 2012 to General Manager of Osaka Harbor Branch Harbor Transportation Section in June 2014.

He continued his service as Deputy Branch Manager of Osaka Harbor Branch in May 2015 and Branch Manager of the same company in April 2016. He became the Representative Director of K Ground Service Co., Ltd., Konoike Sky Support Co., Ltd., K Ground Expert Co., Ltd. in April 2019 and Airport Division, Deputy General Manager in May 2021.

Currently, he is the Executive Officer – Airport Division, General Manager since April 2023.

He accomplished his studies of Bachelor of Economics in Kanagawa University in March 1988.

 

Captain Stanley K. Ng
Director

Capt. Stanley Kua Ng is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Philippine
Airlines (PAL). As President and COO, Capt. Ng is leading the Philippine flag carrier’s ongoing transformation journey towards a thriving future as a dynamic competitor in international aviation. Prior to his appointment, he served as Senior Vice President for Operations from February 2019. He was in charge of overseeing the carrier’s overall operations, including technical training and engineering. He was also responsible for the airline’s internationally-respected pilots and cabin crew, as well as operational airport and engineering teams. As a dynamic and performance-driven executive, he was instrumental in implementing transformation initiatives that successfully improved PAL’s on-time performance (OTP) and reliability.

He has over 15 years of comprehensive expert knowledge and involvement in the aviation industry. Captain Ng has held the positions of Chief Pilot for Airbus Narrowbody aircraft (A320/A321) from June 2018 to January 2019 and Deputy Chief Pilot for Airbus 320/321 from April 2018 to May 2018. He also became Chief Instructor Pilot for Airbus 320/321 from February 2017 to March 2018. He was Instructor Pilot and Designated Check Airman at PAL from April 2016 to January 2017. He performed his duties as Captain for Airbus 320/321 from August 2015 to March 2016 and First Officer for Airbus Widebody (A330/A340) from December 2009 to July 2015. He was promoted as First Officer for Airbus Narrowbody aircraft from January 2008 to November 2009 and served as Second Officer for Boeing Division from October 2006 to September 2008. He has been with PAL since 2003, starting his career as airport ground staff, before formally entering the PAL Aviation School.

Captain Ng completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School. He finished his Type Rating Instructor Course and Airbus Pilot Instructor Course at the Airbus Training Center. He also completed his Ab-Initio Cadet Pilot Training Program at PAL Aviation School. He took up Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Major in Computer Applications at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
